Alasdair's love for art began at a very young age, and although he has achieved his mission in becoming internationally renown for his oil seascapes and landscapes, he has always remained very loyal and rooted to his humble beginnings as a professional fine artist in the Devon and Cornwall. He lives and works out of his studio/gallery in Exeter where, as Alasdair explains it, "the magic occurs".

Alasdair has always been a huge supporter of charity and giving back to the community, which is why several times a year he puts up paintings worth several thousands to be sold at auction. Alasdair's most popularly sold medium is oil and watercolour. However, he offers pastel, pen, and pencil drawings as well.
